Yes, another Generic Mugen RPG related battle, but this one has yet to come actually (I'm planning on having this battle in the RP soon). Alright, so here's the story: Kei has just recently entered the GMRPG, however she discovers that one of her old enemies has followed her there, Mech Rugal. Currently in the RP, he's coming up with a new way to kill Kei. I won't reveal the details just yet however. Now onto the combatants. Kei is another great character made by Rikard (the same guy who made Megumi). I enjoy using her a lot, so who knows. Perhaps she'll become a member of the team soon. Anyways, most of her attacks are electricital element based. Her combo capability is surprisingly very good, and her two supers are very useful in tight situations. Now for Mech Rugal. Believe it or not, this guy is even tougher than Warusaki3's AND LoTF's God Rugal! He can beat both of them without even breaking a sweat. Because he's not charged up by godly powers, he has mostly different moves than God Rugal. He has the standard Kaiser Waves and strong arial kick attacks, but he also possesses very cheap, insanely fast moving attacks. These include a dash, which is unblockable and has the serious potential to make you the unlucky victim of one of his cheap combos, a powerful punch combo followed up by one of those geysers with the skull in the middle of it, and after that he can drive you into the wall with a powerful rush attack. All of these preferomed in can easily knock off over half your health, which is nothing to laugh at. Throw in the fact that he also possesses super armor, and there you go, have fun..... Thank god for Kei's roll dodge, or I never would have beat this guy. He's pretty tough. Even when using a character like Tetsu he's still hard. Due to his extereme combo skills and his boatload of cheap supers, I'll put it like this: He'll destroy you in 100 different styles, and they all hurt so much...... Mech Rugal does have a weakness however. If the character your using has some kind of dodge roll like Kei, then you can easily slip by him while he's preforming a move, then go combo crazy on him.
