The TuT is in the video, but for those of you that still need help this is how you do it... al you have to do is grab a car or a motorcycle and take it to the place shown on the map in the video. So when you get stuck just keep holding down the Right trigger and on other peoples screen they will see you go up in the air slowly and then the other people can climb on as it is floating and they will start floating in the air as well.
