2008 - 11 years old - 6th grade Now they are so far apart the girls an John fight daily [especialy Alex(now called Alexis)] and they don't even talk to Seth and Troy(Troy still likes Alexis). Each group started to take a large interest in music and the boys started a band and let everyone they knew know. The girls actually thought that it was a good idea and started their own band but told no one. One day at school Alexis and Troy crashed into each other in the hall. "Hi." Troy said with a smile as he bent down to help her pick her books. Alexis didn't reply, instead she quickly gathered her stuff up before he could touch anything and walk away leaving him with his homework scattered across the hallway. Later that night John and Alexis had one of there daily fights. First it would start out simple "My band has practice tomarrow." John said. Alexis responded, "Here we go again." Then they started to fight, "Your just mad because I have musical talent you don't have!" "Oh yeah, how do you know I can't sing and how do you know you're better?" Then it would get violent. One day the fight got so bad John gave Alexis a black eye and their parents called them into the living room. "We have had it with you two! Your constant bickering has given Alexis a black eye! Follow us." they said working they're way down the steps to the basement. alexis and John flashed each other a "This is all your falt" look. Once they got fully into the basement their parents started to talk again, "You two are going to stay down here untill you two work this out between you guys and I'm going get Ms.Harrison and Ms.Stewart to get Katelyn, Libby, Seth, and Troy out here with you two." While they went upstairs to do so Alexis and John decided it was their turn to talk. "Look at what you've got us in!" accused John. "Me?"denied Alexis "I'm not the one that you a blackeye!" This went on untill the other kids got there and the door was locked. Then an awkward silence followed. Libby was the first one to break the silence, "Look on the bright side if we keep this up for a few more days we will miss the rest of school!", she said remebering that school got out for Summer vacation in four days. That made everyone laugh. "What are we doing?" asked John, "Alexis, Troy, Seth, and I used to be best friends when we were 8." Alexis picked it up from there, "And here we are giving each other the silent treatment and black eyes." She said it in such a way that it caused everyone to laugh again. All three girls exchanged glances should they tell them about the band they were all friends, right?
