Part 38. Jake and Monica discuss Alan's death. Jake asks Monica if it's possible Alan committed suicide and framed Sean and her as the ultimate punishment. After Jake leaves, Monica calls Sean and tells him she needs to see him. As she rushes out of the mansion, Jimmy Lee arrives to tell Edward that the police found Alan's parachute in Sean's warehouse. The doctor patches up Charity's wrist and commends Alan/Simon for doing a great job treating Charity. Charity wonders if Simon was a hopital worker or a paramedic. Alan/Simon pretends not to know anything but says he'll call some hospitals to find out if they know him. Edward assures Lila that Monica will be cleared of Alan's death.

A mvid about how Alan and Emily's deaths have taken hold of Jason, how he did what he could to save them, how Monica's feelings toward him have changed, and how he remembers the good times and the bad times. It's not my favorite video but I think it came out pretty good. If I left out anyone in the credits, I apologize, but I've gotten clips from so many sites I may have left you out..again, I credit everyone for the wonderful job they do on their clips!

Part 40. Tiffany catches up with Claudia and Amy. Tiffany later gives Felicia advice when Felicia and Frisco have had their first fight. When Tiff goes up to her apartment, she finds out that Edward has sent her NY designer home. Edward thinks she's overpriced. Edward suggests a local decorator but Tiffany refuses. Frisco and Sean talk about Sean being a suspect in Alan's death. Monica is talking with Jake, half-crazed thinking Anna is ready to charge her with murder. Tiffany sets up a phony attack on the dock so Sean can rescue her. This is Sean and Tiffany's first scene together.

Part 42. The insurance investigator tells Monica that she won't be getting the money from Alan's policy since they think Monica is implicated in Alan's death. Sean tries to reassure Monica but it's no use, she freaks out. Meanwhile, Alan/Simon challenges Charity to a game of scrabble later on. Alan/Simon examines Charity's wrist. Charity questions whether Alan knows more than just first aid. She says he hasn't checked to see if there are any missing doctors. Alan/Simon doesn't want to find out his past...he likes it there. Charity says he's really good with kids. Tiffany begins the takeover of the television station.

Part 43. Edward complains to Jimmy Lee that Tiffany is wiping him out with her decorating and television station. He's actually had to go into his emergency fund. Jennings asks Edward for the money Alan promised him for planting the bug in Monica's bedroom. He actually blackmails Edward into promising him some money. Edward wants Jimmy Lee to call Bert Ramsey to see how the investigation is going. Monica tells Rick that the insurance investigator thinks she had something to do with Alan's death. Bert tells Edward that they think Alan may have comitted suicide. He tells the Q's that the evidence against Sean is too convenient. Lila decides that they can't stay at the mansion if they're going to continue the deception against Monica. Edward tells Jennings to do something for him and he'll be rewarded with a big cash bonus.
