5 Months of Progress on The Transformation
Some of you guys have asked to see how I've been progressing in this big fat loss/muscle gain experiment. Well, it's been about 5 months and about 5 pounds of good muscle gains. Can't wait for the next 5 lbs of gains. P.S. - Wish I had someone to help me take progress pics. Any volunteers? LOL :)
