Looks like Jessica Smoke has decided to Mugenize yet another one of her friends: Cucu. He's a Ryo edit with some tough AI and is NOT broken. Yep, it's official: Jessica Smoke has FINALLY decided to stop making broken characters. Cheap, I'm not so sure about that. I'm not saying that Cucu is cheap, but that when I started hating her, she did make broken and cheap characters. Anyway, Cucu, in real life, called the shots in the character's development, and did some voice acting for the character. He decided which moves he can do, and how much damage they deal. However, he still has that signature AI. Neji 1.0 modifications 1. Added another super to the moveset: Eight Trigrams: 128 Palms (greatly influenced by the first Naruto: Ultimate Ninja). 2. Max PP raised to 2000 Matches Shown: Neji Hyuga version 1.0 (me) Vs. Now before any Naruto fans go bashing me for this, I want to make something very clear. I have nothing against the Anime or Naruto or Sasuke in the Anime. I'm not a fan of the show, but I don't think it sucks either. The only thing that bugs me is their Mugen incarnations. They're AI is far too cheap, and they're moves are overpowered! Now that that's out of the way, on to the rest of the description. It appears the "make messed up soundpack" fad has gone over quite well. Both Kingshadow3 and I have made new messed up soundpacks for Sasuke-kun. Kingshadow3 said his soundpack was incomplete, but recently completed it! His version is down right hilarious to listen to, and has a few sounds I've never heard before in a Mugen sound edit. My version is an edit of his. The intro sounds have been edited as well as some of the sound effects for hits, walking, and other stuff. Full credit for all sounds used belongs to their original creator's.
