STRIFE - Stop The Rail Freight Exchange
http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/STRIFE/ Strife are petioning against the development of an International Rail Freight Terminal on the site of the former Radlett Aerodrome. The site will be near the M25 around the St Albans, Hertfordshire area. If constructed the Freight Terminal will mean that an additional 3000 lorries PER DAY will travel to this area mostly using the M25. THIS WILL CAUSE CHAOS ON AN ALREADY OVERWHELMINGLY BUSY STRETCH OF ROAD.
