This is my thirty-fifth Mugen video. It features IronCommando's Mecha Scorpio and cheap older Christmas Tree going up against P.O.T.S.'s Rare Akuma. He is, hands down, the fourth cheapest Mugen character of all time (in first is MS, second being CCT and third The Death Star). It is basically an antithesis of everything that made his Shin Gouki such a legendary, balanced, fair, respected, LOVED char in the Mugen community. His comboability has been greatly tweaked, he can summon tiny Gouki demons to help him in his strings, can parry nearly everything by just walking in a straight line (no need for rapid presses in succession), has a giant MvC-esque beam replacing his regular Shinkuu Gou Hadouken, does Shun Goku Satsus with two old, cheesy, hilarious chart-topper hit songs from the 1970's playing in the background, followed by a Monty Python-esque giant foot squash (this has quotes from old Godzilla movies sometimes after its execution, which are also used ocasionally in his winquotes), and has giant barrages of damaging circular chakra code inscription fireballs rotating around him. He can throw giant barrages of them in replacement of his Tenma Gou Zankuu. For his Misogi, he summons MANY clones of himself, followed by the real deal in a giant red-orange-yellow pillar of light. He can chain all of his moves infinitely in the air. Not to mention he's also got 2000 life, 1337 juggle and 9001 power points. And those are just the most BASIC details. There are SO many flows and crazy, insane cadences about this guy that nothing, no matter how deep and intricate my vocabulary is, can do it justice. Phantom Of The Server is just THAT much of a humorous character-creating genius. Not buttering the guy up, but this char's DEFINITELY taken over the winter universe by storm. In the streets of Tokyo a sudden quake surges through the ground. A few seconds later, it happens again. Suddenly screams can be heard. CIVILIAN: *mouth moving* "IT'S GODZILLA!!" *mouth keeps moving* The monster of legend has surfaced again and begins to terrorize the city. It is then that the brilliant mind of Ciel reprograms one of her closest partners, Zero, to combat the beast. The experiment is a success and Zero is able to increase his size and become Omega Zero.
