Beach Walk #535 - The Energy & Etiquette of Thank You
It is Thanksgiving Day in the U.S. and I must say I am a big fan of remembering and expressing thanks. The Hawaiian word for thank you is mahalo which is defined by gratitude and respect - a far deeper feeling than an Emily Post-style of cursory thanks. Mind you, I am a big fan of personal thank you notes too though! Just because your mother used to hound you to send your TY notes, doesn't make them all bad. I think we are all so busy (and stressed too) that we easily forget to take time to acknowledge each other. I know it means a lot to me just as much at work as at home. We are also the very thrilled recipients of a beautiful piece of original art, "Lexi at Lanikai" by Steve Jensen. You may remember, he and his wife Marliss were on the show a while back - Beach Walk #499 - talking about the power of visualization. Hawaiian Word: Mahalo: gratitude, respect

The Vandals LIVE in Long Beach
This was a somewhat original line up show at Cal State University Long Beach in the student union, it is the late 1980's By this time Quackenbush was in the band but this show featured Stevo and other original members.
