The Yamazaki Brothers - MUGEN
Well there not really brothers but they do have the same haircut. Anyways i figured of few more things of MUGEN downloaded a screenpack but it freezes my game oftens. so ill just use regular WinMugen, Enjoy the Blood brothers.

In the system.def, you'll have to edit the font directories for whichever you want to change. (*.fnt files) To edit the lifebars, you'd have to look at the fight.def and fight.sff.
