Hugh Hefner BS On Marilyn Monroe Mark Roesler 11/4/05 Part 1
http://blog.ourmarilyn.com/ PART ONE Marilyn Monroe & Playboy was the topic of Mark Roesler's primitive and super amateurish conducted interview. We are sorry for the terrible quality, but also that was not our fault. But: this quintet of interview excerpts of the Mark Roesler interview of his client Hugh Hefner, as Mark Roesler is also one of Hugh Hefner's attorneys, is interesting, since it shows how phoney that old Playboy really is. He has no clue at all what is going on. He might know some movie history and especially on the history of blondes, which is nice, but to quote and state John Miner, who has been exposed by the BBC as a more than questonable character, that is a terrible move "Hef" made. How can he even hope to rest in peace by any chance at all...?! If my plans will work well, Marilyn Monroe will get what she really deserves: a great and wonderful mausoleum. Where she wont't rest next to a Viagra addict who turned himself into a billionaire but never cared if his first cover girl was doing okay. Marilyn Monroe had to buy her own issue of that particular and first playboy. Again: even in life she was only used and ABUSED! CMG Worldwide in Indianapolis, IN opened in December of 2004, and Mark Roesler signed his super shocking appraisal just three months earlier. The opening of "Marilyn Monroe: the exhibit!" would take place just three months after this interview. It now will be known as Mark Roesler's biggest mistake and it must also be recognized as this lawyer's and expert witness' downfall. From his arrogant level that he was dictating, especially his Marilyn Monroe business from. How can anybody hire this man as an "expert witness" again, when the expression "expert" is demanding knowledge. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expert_witness Mark Roesler signed a statement that is outrageous and it has been proven already to be a crime itself. http://www.flickr.com/photos/markbellinghaus/559169669/ this letter is based on a list of items which are fabrications of a group of hoaxers who have worked on this project for possibly six or more years and got the final blessing from the mother of greed: Lee Strasberg's widow Anna Strasberg--who is doing nothing else than taking charge of Marilyn Monroe, as her own lawyer William Wegman was quoting in an interview with the Wall Street Journal http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06100/681034-28.stm If there is real Justice in this country and right now it looks as if there might be hope for true Justice's return (finally) because of cases like Scooter Libby, Jack Abramoff etc., and we can just hope that a scandal like the Marilyn Monroe: the exhibit! fraud will never ever be repeated again. Mark Roesler must be charged and he must be disbarred for his outrageous claims, and his insulting behavior towards the people that actually fed him by buying his super tacky products that he created with the image of an American Superstar and legend, that he literally abused for over one full decade. It is outrageous and absolutly shocking to learn, that he is trying to regain his power over his biggest client, which he recently lost, because of two lawsuit rulings that were decided by two Judges who ruled against Mark Roesler and Anna Strasberg. Bravo! Please support the ruling of the photographers lawsuits. Please oppose this bill. To send your letters to the New York Lawmakers, please click these links: List of Senators www.senate.state.ny.us/senatehomepage.ns f/senators?OpenForm List of Congresspersons assembly.state.ny.us/mem/ To New York State Lawmakers: I was the individual who was instrumental in debunking and shutting down a $100 million fraud on the Queen Mary ocean liner in Long Beach, CA. The scam was in the form of an exhibit of counterfeit Marilyn Monroe items (99% of the displayed to the public items were fakes). Please see my exposure articles on this: http://blogcritics.org/archives/2006/... and a follow-up article especially on Mr. Mark Roesler: http://blogcritics.org/archives/2006/... I was able to create a blog sensation during early 2006. National TV shows would edit out the people that I exposed and my investigation led to a lawsuit, which ultimately stopped the fake Marilyn Monroe exhibit, which was sponsored by Mark Roesler, the CEO of CMG and Mrs. Anna Strasberg, who never stood up and gave any kind of statement as to why she supported such a crime. The officials of the Queen Mary ocean liner would then "refresh" the exhibit and pull some of the items that were described in my first blog. The fraudulent exhibition in Long Beach, CA made an estimated $1.5 million to $2 million in admission fees, of which a large percentage went directly into the pockets of Anna Strasberg and Mark Roesler, who opened the exhibition scandal in his own office building in Indianapolis, IN., in the winter of 2004/2005. His partner in crime was the now exposed as a phony, then by CMG officials presented as "Marilyn Monroe historian and collector" Mr. Robert W. Otto. I also own video footage that shows Mr. Roesler and Mr. Otto in Mark Roesler's office building in their preparation for the hoax exhibit. I was one of the active and successful bidders at the Christie's New York City auction in 1999, where Anna Strasberg sold off most of Marilyn Monroe's belongings. The two day event made Mrs. Strasberg $13.4 million. Mr. Mark Roesler and Mr. Robert W. Otto were seen by me, as they attended this auction, and stayed together most of the time. Mr. Otto did not bid or win any lot that was sold. Mr. Roesler was bidding on several lots and ended up with one. Since he was working for Anna Strasberg officially he certainly committed the act of shill bidding. He drove up the price of the white baby grand piano, for which singer/entertainer Ms. Mariah Carey ended up paying $662,500. Mark Roesler was bidding on the piano as well. If you follow the rules of Christie's, you will learn that he wasn't allowed to officially bid on anything, since he is working with/for Mrs. Strasberg. This is a little scandal on its own. If you are interested in reading more about Anna Strasberg, please read the article, written by Nathan Koppel from the Wall Street Journal: http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06100/... Mark Roesler, CEO of CMG Worldwide was one of the supporters of this major fraudulent exhibit. Please see the attached letter which is signed by Mr. Roesler and ties him directly to the fakes on display. Mrs. Anna Strasberg of Marilyn Monroe LLC (MMLLC) also reaped the benefits of this exhibit as well. Since I own the largest collection of authentic Marilyn Monroe memorabilia in the world, I have been personally damaged by Mrs. Strasberg's and Mr. Roesler's try to show absolutely fake items, as real memorabilia. Mrs. Strasberg must have known what was going on, and to win the power back over Marilyn Monroe is absolutely shocking. This should never be allowed again. You may read more about my part in this drama by clicking this link, which explains also how important it is, to keep Anna Strasberg out of this business: http://www.pr-inside.com/marilyn-monr... Anna Strasberg also lied under oath, when she swore in court that she would never sell some belongings of Marilyn Monroe's, which she retrieved via a restraining order, and eleven years later, she sold those items via an auction (June, 2005). She is not to trust and my first impression of her was a big disappointment. I was a student at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Los Angeles, and Mrs. Strasberg introduced herself to me with a lie. She never met Marilyn Monroe in person as she had claimed to me: http://www.pr-inside.com/marilyn-monr... It appears as well with their involvement and support of this bill, that CMG Worldwide and MMLLC are also seeking ways to continue to earn further revenues off of the Estate of Marilyn Monroe. They were never entitled to these profits to begin with and are now looking to maintain their piece of the pie in whatever way possible, despite the judgment in favor of the photographers against CMG Worldwide and MMLLC. Please vote against the passage of this bill. The only ones who would reap the true benefit are CMG and MMLLC. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions. This is a historic decision that you are going to make, and I would love to pass my unique and wonderful collection to a museum someday. Future generations should be able to enjoy the magic of Marilyn Monroe - but only can by your stopping of the criminal characters of Anna Strasberg (lied under oath) and Mark Roesler (signed an $8.75 million lie in form of a statement that was about to be used to insure a literally worthless collection - I estimated the few real items at $20K to $30K at most - which is definitely fraud). Please vote against this bill. Yoko Ono and Al Pacino obviously are not filled in on the details about this bill, which was particularly designed and created to continue the abuse of Marilyn Monroe's legacy. I have seen with my own eyes what Mark Roesler and Anna Strasberg have tried to get away with and show to the public - it was shocking, outrageous and truly disgusting. So far I was able to save hundreds of innocent people the disappointment of buying fake memorabilia, as they contacted me through my email or by phone. I have never charged anything for such service and advice. If Mrs. Anna Strasberg and Mr. Mark Roesler are getting their way, we can be sure that many more thousands of innocent people will be duped by fake memorabilia, since CMG has never taken action, even when I informed them (Mr. Roesler personally) about the ongoings on eBay for example. Please help us to save the true legacy of Marilyn Monroe. I have spent the last 20 months of my life defending the most beautiful American legend, and educating the public about the crime that has been supported by Mark Roesler and his company, CMG Worldwide and Mrs. Anna Strasberg. And I was personally damaged by Mrs. Strasberg's and Mr. Roesler's unbelievable action and executed and provable crimes. Please do not give these people their wanted power back. I have based my exposure entirely on proof, only. Please do not let these people get away with what they are trying. I believe in justice in this very important and historical ruling. Very Truly Yours, Mark Bellinghaus http://blog.ourmarilyn.com Leading Marilyn Monroe expert, collector and anti-fraud activist Phone: 310-402-0262 If you would like to see Mr. Mark Roesler introducing a group of fabricators, liars and criminals, please click these links: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRg-YL... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYha4e... To view portions of my authentic Marilyn Monroe collection, please click this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JZLIE... http://www.flickr.com/photos/markbell... Mark Roesler signed this letter just four days before he would give a speech (he is playing this still on his website--click this link to listen to it) in front of hundreds of lawyers in San Diego, CA, on May 15, 2005. He is a true insult and shame for his profession and certainly must be disbarred for his shocking appraisal and statement. He had no idea what he was looking at, when Robert W. Otto came to his office and showed him a modern set of hair curlers, made in 1974--12 years after Marilyn Monroe's death. Please click this link (none of the items that Mr. Otto is showing is authentic and was ever touched by Marilyn Monroe!), and realize that even Roesler mentioned himself that it looks like from today. Yet he signed an appraisal that would value this haircurler set from Clairol alone at $300,000! Anna Strasberg knew about their plans and she made certainly a big amount of money in Long Beach alone, since she is the head of Marilyn Monoe LLC, yet she never spoke up or out about this crime. Anna Strasberg & Mark A. Roesler cannot be trusted ever again. They must be restricted of any power over the American legend, which they both have abused for decades. Please consider these facts if you make your important and historic decisions. If you copy and paste this list into your email address window--you can send your support for the photographers ruling and against the bill (that has been created to fill the greedy pockets of Anna Strasberg & Mark Roesler). You know what has been going on for the last decades. Someone like Dolores Hope Masi pays $100,000 to the CMG (Mark Roesler) and she can travel around and sell her copies of the fakes that she is importing from China and she claims to be Marilyn's friend etc. That is really sick and more than disturbing and it is a crime against an American legend. But for them to be able to say that they "own" the rights for Marilyn Monroe, that is simply absurd. Hugh Hefner BS On Marilyn Monroe Mark Roesler 11/4/05 Part 2
http://blog.ourmarilyn.com/ PART TWO This interview was done when Anna Nicole Smith, also one of Hugh Hefner's triumps as a blondes-collector, but: he did not mention her, when Roesler is asking the most ridiculous question. But when Anna Nicole past away, Hefner claimed again that they were "friends," but where was he again, just like in the case of Marilyn Monroe--too busy with his own life! He used the Anna Nicole Smith craziness to sell some more of his Playboys and put her 1,2,3 on the cover of his money maker--the Playboy magazine which is now officially run by his daughter. Marilyn Monroe & Playboy was the topic of Mark Roesler's primitive and super amateurish conducted interview. We are sorry for the terrible quality, but also that was not our fault. But: this QUINTET of excerpts of the Mark Roesler interview of his client Hugh Hefner, as Mark Roesler is also one of Hugh Hefner's attorneys, is interesting, since it shows how phoney that old Playboy really is. How can he even hope to rest in peace by any chance at all...NEXT TO MARILYN?! Besides he was pranked with this interview--because it seems as if Hef really had no clue what MArk Roesler was up to: using Hef's celebrity status to sell his collection of fakes to the public--smart but way too obvious move, Mark Roesler. Gotcha! If my plans will work well, Marilyn Monroe will get what she really deserves: a great and wonderful mausoleum. Hugh Hefner BS On Marilyn Monroe Mark Roesler 11/4/05 Part 3
http://blog.ourmarilyn.com/ PART THREE But: this QUINTET of excerpts of the Mark Roesler interview of his client Hugh Hefner, as Mark Roesler is also one of Hugh Hefner's attorneys, is interesting, since it shows how phoney that old Playboy really is. But for them to be able to say that they "own" the rights for Marilyn Monroe, that is simply absurd. Hugh Hefner BS On Marilyn Monroe Mark Roesler 11/4/05 Part 4
http://blog.ourmarilyn.com/ PART FOUR But: this QUINTET of excerpts of the Mark Roesler interview of his client Hugh Hefner, as Mark Roesler is also one of Hugh Hefner's attorneys, is interesting, since it shows how phoney that old Playboy really is. Hugh Hefner BS On Marilyn Monroe Mark Roesler 11/4/05 Part 5
http://blog.ourmarilyn.com/ PART FIVE But: this QUINTET of excerpts of the Mark Roesler interview of his client Hugh Hefner, as Mark Roesler is also one of Hugh Hefner's attorneys, is interesting, since it shows how phoney that old Playboy really is. The bill was created by the CMG for one reason only: to make more money for Mark Roesler and Anna Strasberg! As simple as that. Dear Friend: Thank you for your recent communication via e-mail. I appreciate the time you have taken to correspond with me. Your e-mails provide me with the information I need to better serve our community as your State Senator.
