After the Tiny Terrors' crushing defeat at the hands of Omega Tiger Woods in Part 3, Jigglypuff and Metool decided to enlist the aid of the Omega Celebrities: Tom Hanks and Tiger Woods. With this new alliance, the fearsome four fight what could be the cheapest characters in MUGEN ever. Thanks to ShinRyoga for sending me Omega Tom Hanks. The Omega Celebrities: Omega Tiger Woods - This guy spams supers which fill the screen all the time. His School Bus move is devastating. The Crane Arm really disrupts your play. Omega Tom Hanks - This guy was made as an April Fools' joke by ShinRyoga. He is totally invincible, and has two attacks: Tom Hanks' Movie Posters and a Hooch Bomb. The four opponents: Naruto-kun - This guy is surprisingly easy once you rush him up close. Otherwise, he has some really cheap dupe moves (he leaves a body lying on the ground, and his clone pops out of the ground far away to strike at you). Super Mario 64 - Holy hell, is this character cheap. He has strikers from other Nintendo 64 games, like Young Link from Ocarina of Time, and even the Mario Kart 64 crew to run you over. His worst move is his Bowser Toss, which takes off insane amounts of damage and insane block damage as well. This character even has too many invincibility frames. Metool was lucky to get a few shots into him before dying a pitiful death. Even Omega Tiger Woods dies to this son of a bitch. Sasuke-kun - Cheap as hell, cheap power, cheap AI. Teleports too damn much, plus his strikers can kill with one summon. Psycho Shredder - The epitome of cheap. He has insane defense. Any attack takes off minimal damage, plus he has invincibility frames out of the ass. I had to F1 him because a full match would take forever. However, I let you see the ridiculous moves he has. Give me suggestions as to which cheap characters you want to see given the 0WN3D! treatment. NOTE: This is NOT a serious movie! The 0WN3D! series is meant to be a funny comedy. Naruto-kun - This bastard is really troublesome, he teleports alot as well as using summons to attack you. he has alot of Invinciblity frames in his summons. Zero's dies to this moron Sasuke-kun: a real cheap bastard with cheap power, AI, and his strikers can kill in one hit. Cheap Boss type: like the name says it all, this guy hardly gives you enought time to strike back at him. worst of all, even if you defeated him, he goes to 10X cheapness and is more tougher then before! this barney stage is the most evilest of all stages!

This guy is one of the worst of the cheap characters! he has crazy defence and every attack that hits him will only cause little damage to him. what's worst is that he has too much Invincibity frames out of the ass! this is a replay of Judgespear's Cheap characters get OWN3D part 4 and at least he'll entertain you with some of the ridiculous moves he has before I F1ed him to end this.

Elque: holy cow is this guy on cheap crack! he abuses his shadow rush all the time, which he has invincibility frames out of the ass. he can also kill you if you get trap in a corner. Zero_Col: O_O what a crazy cheese head this this guy is! big on strikers, LOADS of invincibility frames, unlimited of juggle points, and he teleports automaticly if you hit him except for throws! Dark Pirate: holy cow is this guy cheap! no damage scales in combos, cheap AI, over powered attacks, he also hides into invisible frames whenever you hit him, preventing anyone from comboing him. Chibi Leilei (Kong): holy cow, we got a monster here! she has cheap AI, loads of invisible frames out of the ass, counter happy, and she rarely takes ANY damage at all. you can bet these little monsters can distroy any cheap characters like if they were their play toys.
