Back again with my 44th Luigio MUGEN Battle. For those that forgot or haven't read my profile, Luigio MUGEN is one of my three systems where I take requests from people and upload them here, or they may just be match-ups that I come up with. Anyways, this one was a request from Yoshiller, a good online friend of mine.
