The circulation and respiratory system are closely linked together. It started in the respiratory system forms your noise and mouth. With you inhale, you inhale mainly oxygen and to trachea down the trachea. The trachea goes to the bronchus that goes into the lungs, the air you breathe isn't clean so there are small hairs called cilia that traps them and push them up the trachea. Inside the lung are the alveoli, which is the main area where oxygen and carbon dioxide is exchanged. The oxygen goes into one tube inside the alveoli, which leads to the red blood cells, while carbon dioxide leaves the blood cells down another tube and out of the mouth when you exhale. A major muscle in the respiratory system is the diaphragm. When you inhale the diaphragm flattens so your lungs will be able to expand.

!!!Please give feedback!! This is my first attempt at a more professional video. Is this video, along with the website listed below, enough information? Is the video too long? Too short? Should I include "how not to do this exercise" segments illustrating common mistakes? Do I harp too much on good form? Is the audio commentary helpful? Please post a text comment to the video so others can see your comment as well and expand upon it. I want to do a good ab crunch video next and wanted some constructive criticism of this video before starting that one. Thanks for your help! As with any dumbbell exercise, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury. Don't use too much weight, if you can't do the exercise slowly then you need to go lighter. Count aloud "one onethousand, two onethousand, three onethousand" on the way up and the way down, if you cant do this on this exercise then you are using too much weight. The reason this exercise method maximizes your muscle growth is because it confines the motion to the muscle you are trying to work out, if your body squirms, swings, and kicks, all you are doing is taking the focus away from the muscle you are trying to exercise. Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.
