In 2002, Patrick Moug, a filmmaker and police detective, was approached to direct a movie about a 23 year-old college co-ed who had been killed, doused in gasoline, and set on fire. Upon reading the script, Sgt. Moug, became suspicious that the author, the victim's brother, might be the killer.
