The Point "Real Church Outreach PART 1 of 2"
The Church is not a "Church" until it comes out of its building and starts to effect it's community! This a little commercial for our church "Living Word Church" (www.lwcorlando.com) encouraging them to come out or financially support a local community in their needs. Drug and gang activity exist in this complex as well as many other problems... not a lot... but just enough for us to come in and make a difference. We want to go out one saturday a month (for now) and play games and activities for the kids and teens. We also grill hot dogs for the community and help them with what ever they need... no strings attached... just spreading the love of Christ unconditionally. Let this be what the church is all about filling the need ... loving them... listening to them... building relationship... in order to earn the right to speak the truth to them.
