This is my fourteenth Mugen video, and a boring one at that. One of my recently downloaded characters, the original Tetsu Yatogi, goes up against a character I got in a trade a long time ago, Dark Tetsu a.k.a. Silent Storm. Not only is this my sixteenth Mugen video, but this is also my first 2-on-2 Mugen survival video, and a d@mn good one, too. SY-187 is a Shingo edit with a weird combo system and a super that rips off one of Krizalid's (the MAX version being an 85-hit combo) He's a really cool character, but his AI needs a makeover, even though it will give you a hard time. Hel'Lauren, a.k.a. Lauren Revolt, is a Gato edit that also has a weird combo system; his energy attacks are AWESOME! AND he has challenging AI. Not exactly Cheap Mugen Characters Get 0WN3D! material, though. Guess who comes back for seconds this time? The soft version of the Nightmare SSJ3! However, when he does come back for seconds, he actually beats us. He got jacked up the first time. For those who don't know what the heck MUGEN is, it's a fighting game engine. (You can download the Windows version at http://unofficial-winmugen.jpn.org/ ) While you can make your owns fighting games with it, some people don't have any knowledge on how to make characters therefor can't or just like to mess around in it and fight characters with other characters. I'm in both categories. Now, in this match, on the opponent side, we have Wolverine 71113. He was created by Sander 71113 and can be downloaded at http://go.to/sander71113 . He's quite powerful, has cheap AI and annoying hyper comboes, loves to kill innocent bystanders, (probably) sells canned babies at your local black market, fits into most kitchen cupboards, and has the world record of burning down 127 orphanages. He has a random clone of him with him. Sounds like quite a tough opponent, eh? Well, on the... "Controlled-by-me" side, created by DDR(No, not the dancing game. He can be found here: http://ddrcreations.com ), there's Underdog! Yes, the dog from that random cartoon. He's come to prove that Wolvz here and his clone are wimps. Well BAH, this battle was no easy task. I only know of one easy way to fight Wolvie 71113 with Underdog, and it's very risky. As you can see in the video, once the battle starts, you will want to guard the swipe he will probably use, then almost instantly use Down + DownLeft + Left + C to throw rocks at him. Use Down + DownRight + Right + C afterwards to throw a tornado, and once the tornado stops hitting, you can use the rock-throwing whirlwind again to knock him away. Rinse and repeat. Once you have enough super energy(1), use Underdog's buliding super(Down + DownLeft + Left). If he guards it, you might actually end up shoving MULTIPLE buildings into him, doing more damage. This is hard and he might be able to pull a hit(actually, an overpowered hyper combo) on you. It takes lots of practice, countering skills, and comebacking. Second time I won today, but I didn't have the SnagIt trial the first time, since I just got it a couple hours ago. This was a very annoying battle, and took tons of tries. And NO, I will not fight a duo of Wolverine X2s just for your own pleasure. I have no idea where to find him, anyway. Oh, and note that Underdog glitches up in round 3. I pretty much thought I was screwed then, but I still won. o.o Coming up next- Underdog vs Marvin! Only one, this time.
