Netshow-Klassiker: Casting: The King of Queens (dt.)
The King of Queens mit deutschen Darstellern? Es wäre ja schließlich nicht die erste Show, die 1zu1 übernommen würde. Daher hat die Netshow schon einmal über die Besetzung nachgedacht (September 29, 2004). ./. Die NETSHOW ist das erste LateNight-Format der Welt, dessen Videos ausschließlich im Internet zu sehen sind. Alle 14Tage wird eine neue Episode der Online-LateNight, bestehend aus drei einzelnen Videoclips, im Netz veröffentlicht. Die Premierensendung wurde bereits im März 2003 online gestellt. Das erste Video jeder NETSHOW ist der klassische Monolog, Einstieg und Herzstück jeder LateNight. In diesem Stand Up drückt der jeweilige Gastgeber der Show seinen Stempel auf. In der NETSHOW waren es lange die Spitzen gegen den damaligen deutschen Außenminister Joschka Fischer, die Larß Riske zum ständig wiederkehrenden Inhalt des Monologs machte. Genau wie seine Slogans für das Studentenleben, bspw. „Mensa -- Essen wie bei Stiefmutti". Nach dem Monolog wechselt Larß Riske an seinen Schreibtisch, der vor einer steinernen Brüstung steht, über der das nächtliche Hamburg bestaunt werden kann. In den beiden nächsten Videos, die auf den Monolog folgen, werden u.a. aktuelle Meldungen besprochen oder Kategorien der NETSHOW fortgesetzt. So castet Larß Riske in der beliebtesten Kategorie für eventuelle Neuauflagen von erfolgreichen Fernsehserien (bspw. ‚The King of Queens -- deutsche Version' oder ‚Das A-Team') oder für die Verfilmungen aktueller Nachrichten (bspw. ‚George W. Bush besucht Mainz' oder ‚Der Film-Film zur Europameisterschaft 2004'). Auf der Homepage der NETSHOW können die Videos der aktuellen Episoden online angesehen, aber auch als Podcast bzw. Lodcast (LateNight on demand) abonniert werden. Neben den Videoclips der drei aktuellen Shows gibt es ein riesiges Online-Archiv, das mind. ein Video aus jeder NETSHOW und alle(!) Monologe beinhaltet. Der Zugriff auf die Videos und die weiteren Inhalte der Seite sind natürlich kostenlos. Zusätzlich wird die NETSHOW inzwischen auch auf anderen Internetseiten veröffentlicht, z.B. auf unterschiedlichen Videoportalen. www.the-netshow.de www.online-latenight.de ./. Als Vorbild und Orientierung für die Produktion der NETSHOW dienen amerikanische TV-Formate wie ‚Late Show with David Letterman' (CBS) oder ‚Late Night with Conan O'Brien', aber auch ‚The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' (beide NBC). Die Tonight Show ist die älteste LateNight der Welt und ihre ersten drei Gastgeber Steve Allen, Jack Paar und insbesondere Johnny Carson, der fast dreißig Jahre hinter dem Schreibtisch saß, prägten das Format, wie es heute fortgeführt wird. Daher trägt das neue Studio der NETSHOW auch den Namen des ersten LateNight-Gastgebers: STEVE-ALLEN-THEATER. Der Humor der NETSHOW wird darüber hinaus auch durch andere amerikanische Comedians geprägt, bspw. durch Bill Maher (‚Real Time with Bill Maher', HBO) oder durch Dennis Miller. In Deutschland wurde das Format zunächst durch Thomas Gottschalk (‚Gottschalk Late Night', RTL) und Thomas Koschwitz (‚RTL Nachtshow'), später aber maßgeblich durch Harald Schmidt (‚Die Harald-Schmidt-Show', Sat.1 & ‚Harald Schmidt', ARD) bekannt gemacht. Die ‚AnkeLateNight' (Sat.1) mit Gastgeberin Anke Engelke wurde nach einem halben Jahr bereits wieder eingestellt. Auf Pro 7 läuft mit ‚TV Total' (Gastgeber: Stefan Raab) eine Show, die dem LateNight-Format ähnlich ist. Der Gastgeber der NETSHOW, Larß Riske, stellt sich mit seinen Sprüchen aus den Monologen dem direkten Vergleich mit seinen Fernsehkollegen: Im LateNightBlog (www.latenightblog.de) werden die Monologe der NETSHOW direkt neben denen von David Letterman & Co. aufgelistet.
